Over Memorial day weekend Libertarians came together from across the country and around the world to nominate their president and vice presidential candidates at their annual national party convention. And for many the top of the ticket for the fall and the general election season is troubling, deeply troubling.
But lets look at it from this perspective for just a minute, shall we? My prediction is that the Johnson-Weld ticket will be Libertarian-lite in that they’ll run under the Libertarian party banner but will, instead, draw from the well of the Never Trump Never Hillary movements in a kind of “A Coalition of the Willing.” Or as Bill Clinton and Dick Morris did so infamously in the 1990’s, “Triangulation.”
In either case I like Bill Weld and have enormous respect for Gary Johnson, ever since 2011 when he first ran for the presidency. Then as now Johnson stands for some of the same things that I do, but with Charles and David Koch, through Bill Weld, pulling on Johnson like he’s a puppet and they’re the masters even I can’t stomach that!
I hate Charles and David Koch with every fiber of my being for what they have done to this great country of ours and this beautiful world in which we all live. They are evil incarnate, in my opinion, and hell itself would be a far worse place with them in it.
I call LINO – Libertarian in Name Only! And for those disgruntled and disaffected Libertarians I offer this as your Battle Cry:
Hold fast, and as Jesse Ventura says, “Stay Vigilant…”

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Amidst the excitement of the Keystone XL pipeline vote in the United States Senate yesterday, a vote I called my Senators for Kentucky on yesterday and told them to vote, “No!” BUT they didn’t listen, was this little bit of news The USA Freedom Act, according to a report from Antiwar.com, FAILED in a ‘procedural vote’ on the floor of the Senate after outgoing Majority Leader, Harry Reid, Democrat-Nevada, said put it to a vote.
In the interests of full disclosure I am extremely disappointed in this news. But I am far more disappointed in my Senators for Kentucky especially one Addison Mitchell McConnell, Jr., the Honorable.
Mitch McConnell said with one good eye and a straight face, “This is the worst possible time to be tying our hands behind our back. At the moment, we should not be doing anything to make the situation worse.” Tying our hands behind our back? Making the situation worse? C’mon Senator McConnell you know better!
What, respectfully, is your problem sir? What kind of junk statement is that to make concerning the privacy, security and safety of our nation and it’s citizens? Are you crazy?!
Is the United States Senate, in it’s current form, infirmed?
We have talked adnausium about this issue here folks! You know where I stand. You know where those who support and fall in line with Edward Snowden stand.
All we ask. All anybody asks with a pulse is that you do your job without aide and dependent. If you can’t, then exit to the left. Bottom line.
You have no right. No right! Whatsoever to spy on American citizens. Period. Full stop. And if you do you are guilty of committing high crimes and misdemeanors against the State. Against the Union. Or against the ‘Homeland’ if you prefer. And such a crime or crimes is punishable by imprisonment, fines and then death itself. Our Constitution says that We The People have the right to arrest you, try you in an open court of law by a judge and jury of your peers, find you guilty or innocent, if found guilty immediately detain you over, fine you, imprison you and then summarily and quickly put you to death.
Mitch McConnell & Company gave cart blanche yesterday for this lawlessness to continue. I think it’s time for a recall election on Addison Mitchell McConnell, Jr. & All of Congress who shot the USA Freedom Act in the foot on the way to the Floor.

Barack Obama, in my opinion, went from smoking cigarettes to smoking crack rock cocaine for having invaded this country. Because and this is the same President who although ‘campaigned in poetry’ has instead governed in prose. Watch in memorial of such.
‘This was the moment.’ Remember? Remember also when Barack Obama campaigned, as well, in 2007/2008 ‘I think I’ve been to 56 states so this, this will be my 57th state to visit in this campaign’, against so-called ‘perpetual war’? Watch!
But he’s done anything but and since. Enhanced interrogation (torture). Indefinite detention. Etc. Etc. Etc. The list of crimes and atrocities by this man in the name of We The People of the United States of America, more succinctly the Rule of Law is END LESS, it is ‘Perpetual’ in both Perpetuity and Prose. Period. Full stop.
When does it end? Where does it end? We stop short of calling for his ouster, really and truly short. Willfully, often times, short. But something has got to be done! This man needs to be stopped. Stopped butt cold in his tracks. And to set and to say anything else. To try, as the Media does daily, to gloss over the FACTS. To give this President cart Blanche because he’s, at the very least, half black. Our ‘first black President’. Is for crap! It’s for crap folks. Bottom line.

Mr. Al-Awlaki was an American-born Citizen of the United States of America from Phoenix, AZ. who the Government of the United States of America said was a ‘senior most Al Qaeda leader’. At the time of his death in September of 2011 both he and his family were living abroad in Yemen. No warrant was ever sworn out by the U.S. Government for his arrest. No police. No F.B.I. No C.I.A. Agents were ever sent for him with a warrant from a U.S. Federal Court. Instead, both he and his 16-year-old son, also an American citizen, had a hellfire missile dropped on their heads from a United States Military Drone. Thanks for the advanced notice Mr. Obama.
Late last night the Commander and Chief of the of our United States Military ordered air and sea strikes into the the Arab Republic of Syria. No formal much less informal declaration was made public or even private of such an action by the President of the United States of America. None! The media may well spin it otherwise but the truth is the truth. And Mr. Obama declared such not to the American people or to the world.
Yet, still and all We The People of the United States of America, more succinctly the Rule of Law is supposed to say nothing, stand idly by, keep our mouths shut, eyes and ears open whilst the Leader of the Free World goes bombing A Sovereign Republic in the Middle East because they contain ‘terrorists’? The words, “I think” and “not” come to mind!
With all due and proper respect Barack Obama went from a smoking cigarettes problem to a very serious drug problem that not even Al Pacino as good old, “Tony Montana” could cure. (Please excuse the language and graphic nature of this video clip.)
The only thing that can cure him, can cure the world of ‘perpetual war(s)’, pain, suffering and the like are Articles of Impeachment.
There’s a new sheriff in town, as the United States Air Force plans to launch two Geosynchronous Orbital Satellites into space on the morrow from Cape Canaveral, FL.
Geosynchronous Space Situational Awareness Program or GSSAP will be tasked with spying on other countries satellites, taking real-time photographs from space, and tracking ‘persons of interest’.
“This neighborhood watch twosome … will be on the lookout for nefarious capability other nations might try to place in that critical orbital regime,” Gen. William Shelton, the head of Air Force Space Command, told reporters at the Pentagon. … “Today the way we track threats in geosynchronous orbit is by basically points of light, and as we take a picture of the sky and dwell on that part of the sky, [we know] things that are moving are satellites, things that are stationary are stars … Through our points of light and various other means, we make inferences on what a particular [foreign] satellite can do,” Shelton explained.
But the GSSAP “gives us an ability … to look at literal images of objects in geosynchronous orbit … A picture is worth a thousand inferences because we can see literally what that [foreign] satellite looks like, and you can effectively reverse-engineer and understand what the capabilities are … to a much greater extent than you can today,” Shelton said. … The launch comes at a time when China is rapidly improving its space and anti-satellite capabilities. Pentagon planners worry that in a future conflict, Beijing might shoot down or disable American military satellites that are critical for communications, intelligence-gathering, and targeting.
“There are myriad counter-space threats that we are seeing on the near horizon,” Shelton said. “We’re going to have to adjust our spacecraft constellations to survive in a very different environment from what we’ve had in the past,” and we need “much better situational awareness of what’s going on; hence GSSAP.”
Shelton was asked specifically whether he was worried about space-based weapons or electromagnetic pulse weapons being used against U.S. military satellites.
Given the world in which we live I can’t conceivably endorse such a project, nor would I. Frankly our government, in its current form, is solely responsible for the world in which we all now live. Bottom line.
And unless We The People do something about it, things will remain the same.
Who is the enemy and who is the friend here? Why the need for the untoward if you’re doing nothing untoward? Why the invasion of privacy?

BERLIN, GERMANY–Pictured above is Mr. William Binney, former NSA Chief turned 2001 whistleblower going in to testify before the Bundestag, a German Parliament Accountability Committee, alongside another famed NSA whistleblower, Mr. Thomas Drake, one week ago, exactly, today.
As the fallout from the Binney-Drake testimony continues and new more revealing information has been released through Glenn Greenwald and Laura Poitars’s, “The//INTERCEPT” Magazine we now know that a second spy has been captured trying to funnel secret blueprints of Germany’s NSA-like Bundesnachrichtendienst ,anewly minted Berlin headquarters, to the Russians and the NSA itself back home in the states, one just has to wonder though when comes the end and what has, in the eyes of the Obama Administration, German P.M. Angela Merkel (and the German Government itself) done to warrant being spied upon?
Is it her cozy yet watch-filled eye relationship with Putin? Or and perhaps it is her visits with the so-called ‘Butcher of Damascus’ Bashar al-Assad that has Mr. Obama like a robin red breast in a cage that just puts all heaven in a rage?
I for one don’t really know BUT, I would care to speculate.
My conspiracy theory is this: It is all the above and then some. Because and remember the free world at one time was calling the Obama-Merkel relationship, “Ronnie-Maggie 2.0” (Ronald Wilson Reagan and Lady Margaret S. Thatcher for all the under informed out there in Rio Linda and Palm Beach County but I digress).
The free world just couldn’t get enough of the new power (“IT”) couple. And it was, and in many respects still is, a great working relationship. But, and of late several not-less-than mitigating circumstances have begun to ware at the once polished political edges and with the so-called ‘Snowden Revelations’, the formation of The INTERCEPT and the new wind placed firmly in the sails of the likes of Drake, Binney, Ellsberg and the rest-WELL, you can see where I’m going with this.
It is CLEAR: Barack H. Obama, II, and the Honorable, does not like leaks or leakers. In fact he loathes them contrarian public opinion be damned. He wishes them and there’s the ills of ill wills, secretly, and even more secretly wants Eric H. Holder, Jr., the U.S. Attorneys General of the United States of America, to prosecute all to the fullest possible extents of the law. Respectfully.
We have seen this movie before. Both time and memorial. If anyone who that is no one talks and Obama catches you. Well, you best give your soul to Jesus cause your blessed ASSurance belongs to him. Bottom line.

QUESTIONS: Is it not knowledge that gives us power though? Are we not that much more of a better society, as a whole, when information is shared rather than concealed? Are we not that much farther down the road of progress when secrets are revealed? ‘Mistakes were made’ admitted?
Confession, after all, is good for the soul. Is it not?
SO, we have to decide both as a nation and as a free world collective are we a better people with or without secrets? With or without spying on ourselves and each other?
Put me down in the latter and not the former categories.
As the fallout continues from the PCLOB 2014 report on Thursday an ex NSA chief called the organization ‘totalitarian’ before a German Parliament Panel on Security and International Affairs.
William Binney testified today before something called the German Bundestag, a German State Security & Privacy panel, tasked with answering 3 key questions about the NSA.
Testifying, Binney accused the NSA of having a “totalitarian mentality” and wanting “total information control” over citizens in breach of the US constitution. It was an approach that until now the public had only seen among dictators, he added.
Mass collection was “senseless” and did not help in counterterrorism, and actually hindered the agency’s capabilities, Binney said.
The NSA represented the “greatest threat” to American society since the US Civil War of the 19th century, Binney added.
Besides Mr. Binney another former NSA chief testified before the panel today, Mr. Thomas Drake, Drake is a member of the so-called, “Thin Thread 5”. And is himself a pronounced whistleblower who avoided eternal damnation in 2010 from the federal government with simple civil defense, proof, fair and just adjudication in a court of law.
Thomas Drake, who left the NSA after trying to use official complaint channels, told the inquiry that almost all data that transmitted Germany was accessed by the NSA and Germany’s BND foreign intelligence service — or the NSA alone.
The US government was exercising the ultimate form of control, Drake said, adding that the German BND’s silence on the issue was “terrible.”
“The public has a right to know what the NSA does,” he said, according to a quote from the hearing delivered by the German DPA news agency in German.
Drake said the United States would soon become a “real surveillance” nation in which the private lives of individuals were becoming more and more the property of the state. …
The inquiry committee’s leading Social Democrat (SPD) Christian Fliesek demanded the German federal prosecutions service immediately begin a probe into the alleged “mass surveillance of German citizens.”
Mihr demanded that Merkel’s coalition government end its tactic of trying to “sit out the NSA scandal” and excluding areas of inquiry.
Inquiry committee chairman, Patrick Sensburg (pictured above center) of Chancellor Angela Merkel’s Christian Democrat conservatives, began Thursday’s hearing in Berlin by claiming his committee knew little about the NSA’s internal structures and practices.
