Over Memorial day weekend Libertarians came together from across the country and around the world to nominate their president and vice presidential candidates at their annual national party convention. And for many the top of the ticket for the fall and the general election season is troubling, deeply troubling.
But lets look at it from this perspective for just a minute, shall we? My prediction is that the Johnson-Weld ticket will be Libertarian-lite in that they’ll run under the Libertarian party banner but will, instead, draw from the well of the Never Trump Never Hillary movements in a kind of “A Coalition of the Willing.” Or as Bill Clinton and Dick Morris did so infamously in the 1990’s, “Triangulation.”
In either case I like Bill Weld and have enormous respect for Gary Johnson, ever since 2011 when he first ran for the presidency. Then as now Johnson stands for some of the same things that I do, but with Charles and David Koch, through Bill Weld, pulling on Johnson like he’s a puppet and they’re the masters even I can’t stomach that!
I hate Charles and David Koch with every fiber of my being for what they have done to this great country of ours and this beautiful world in which we all live. They are evil incarnate, in my opinion, and hell itself would be a far worse place with them in it.
I call LINO – Libertarian in Name Only! And for those disgruntled and disaffected Libertarians I offer this as your Battle Cry:
Hold fast, and as Jesse Ventura says, “Stay Vigilant…”

COWLEY COUNTY, Kansas – It’s been one year, 6 Days & Counting since the Life of Tayler Rand Rock, 22, of Arkansas City, KS, came to an abrupt, sudden and tragic end.
And as family and friends gathered at the end of May to remember, reflect, and renew the Call of Justice for Tayler I wanted to take just a few minutes and reflect myself (ask a few questions and make some more summations in the argument of Justice for Tayler Rand Rock) on the progress that has been made, and to renew my pledge to Tayler’s Family and his Friends to Get Justice right along with you guys..
We are inching ever more closer to our goal of 1,000 names for a petition I started, some time ago, for Tayler on PetitionBuzz.com. I believe that we can and we will get that signature goal met and exceeded in the coming days because I want to promptly hand deliver that to the U.S. Attorney for Cowley County along with Tayler’s Family and Friends. As we want the U.S. Attorney to intervene in this issue. We are not satisfied and will not be satisfied until Justice for Tayler and Others is met and exceeded in expectation. No human being deserves to die in such a way as Tayler did on that May 31st night over a year ago. None!
This family has been through so much in this last year and as many days removed from 31 May 2014, the night Tayler was killed by former Cowley County Sheriff Steve Deill aka “Mr. Down and Dirty”.
Despite efforts by some for us all to just shut up and go away; threats, lies, innuendo, hear say, liable, slander and less than flattering civil discourse over this issue we will not go away. We will not be silent or salient in our effort. Because Tayler Rand Rock, a 22-year-old young man with a bright and vibrant future ahead, was taken from us way to soon, and all because of uncalled for anger and resentment towards him by his ex-girlfriend and mother of one of two of Tayler’s beautiful children, Ana Bedolla, and an easily manipulated young lady named Shea Caseroule, the mother of Tayler’s eldest child Sage, who would lure Tayler to his death on that May 2014 night on perhaps one of the darkest and loneliest stretches of road I have ever seen or studied about in Southeastern Kansas, I stand in disdain at this unholy trinity.
To date all have moved out of the Southeastern Kansas area, and recently I learned from Tayler’s mother, Mrs. Jacqueline Parke, that the Cowley County Sheriff’s Office has since sold, at auction, former Deputy Deill’s patrol car, and in an equally troubling but informative turn of events the powers that be for Cowley County have yet to return Tayler’s more personal belongings to the family; such as the clothes he was wearing the night he was killed, his cellphone, wallet, etc. Why? Why not? Why won’t the Cowley County Sheriff’s Department and now retiring Sheriff Read return those items to the Family of Tayler Rock? What would be the need for you to continue to hold on to these items, from an investigation that you say, publicly, you have long concluded, more importantly the Kansas Bureau of Investigation, the Kansas State Police, and the Justice Department for the State of Kansas says has been concluded and regarded as ‘satisfactory in its findings’ long ago? Cover up much?
I’ve also been able to learn that the equipment that was in Deputy Deill’s patrol car has been broken down and recycled into other areas for departmental use. Why is that? Would that equipment not wished to be set aside, by Sheriff Don Read, and Cowley County Attorney Chris Smith, as evidence to prove, in an open court of law, that whatever charges or allegations that Tayler’s Family may wish to bring in say a wrongful death suit, be used to exonerate or at the very least proclaim the county’s innocence in all this?
Why bite your nose to spite your face?
These are either some very seriously self-assured people or some tea totally dumb mother f****** folks! But what do I know, right?
I said all that to say this: Why did Steve Deill struggle so much to bring Tayler Rand Rock to justice (because an alleged struggle ensued between Deill and Rock during this so-called, “routine traffic stop” – tail light was supposedly out on Tayler’s car, and he was driving on a suspended license – on this very lonely stretch of Kansas Highway) only to have to end up killing him?
I mean he was an officer of the law. Right? After all you were known as Mr. Down and Dirty in the Cowley County Sheriff’s Office – the guy they called to get the job done, and you got the job done no matter what didn’t you Mr. Deill – were you not?
Why the need to shoot Tayler, five times, when he had no weapon whatsoever on him at the time of this “routine traffic stop,” on the night of 31 May 2014? And why, a year plus removed, the need to run, like the four winds – as you have Steve Deill, Ana Bedolla, and Shea Caseroule – in all directions away from an issue that you all know, and claim that you are justified in doing? (You’ve done no wrong, right Shea, Ana and Steve?) Why you runnin’?
Finally, Sheriff Read, why are you retiring after thirty plus years as a public servant on behalf of the People of Cowley County, KS? Duly appointed. Duly elected. Surely you would wish to continue on serving the People, I mean, after all they gave you 10 different election cycles to serve. (You know that whole vote of confidence thing, and all.) That’s a record you can be proud of, is it not Sheriff Read? (And you’ve done nothing wrong either, right Sheriff Read – Cowley County Attorney Smith? You’ve operated above-board here, right?)
These are just some of the mountains of questions that I have in the one year and days plus Anniversary of the murder of Tayler Rand Rock.
[I know all to well about the long concluded investigation by the powers that be for the State of Kansas and Cowley County, that’s fine – maybe for some?
But why the need to murder this young man, and then cover it up? What kind of personal problem did or do you have with Tayler Rand Rock? With the Rock Family period?
The Rock’s served and loved the People of Kansas and Cowley County for years, decades in fact. Devoted to their community. Was that a problem? A personal problem, maybe, for your families? What? Did your people get passed over? Not win to many election cycles?
What was it or is it that would make you want to commit MURDER, and then Act as IF there shouldn’t be a problem with that – especially from Family & Friends? ‘Sure! Go ahead. Shoot my child! He needed killin’ anyway, he left me with a laundry room full of dirty clothes last week.’ I’m so sure Jackie Parke offered you all that opportunity. Not!]

KNOWLEDGE IS POWER, SHARE! PLEASE? THANK YOU. COME AGAIN.
ARKANSAS CITY, Kansas – As we approach the one year anniversary of the murder of Mr. Tayler Rock, 22, by former Cowley County, KS. Sheriff’s Deputy Steve Deill I’d like to take this opportunity to remember this truly remarkable young man, and to pledge anew my love and support (to the Family of Tayler Rock) for the Case of Justice for Tayler and Others who have been removed from this earth by a Central Organization of Police Specialists (COPS) all-to willing, these days, to kill, steal, and destroy what we love most in this country; our elderly, our youth, and our disabled.
You see IF they kill that or at the very least dwindle those numbers down who’s left? In the case of the youth of America being simultaneously and systematically killed there’s no one left to replenish our nation. Leaving the adults and the elderly. The elderly, once young, fit, and virile, well, that’s easy. Cops just take them out at random will, target practice (Disabled are treated the same!). After all they’re elderly. Seasoned citizens, what can they do?
Adults? Well, that sorta takes care of itself, or at least doesn’t require near the effort of en mass destruction. Time and age take care of that. Think about it. In today’s society we are busier than ever! And were busy for a reason. Watch!
And so it goes…
But this is systematic of the problem. This is how it goes. So busy. So busy are the adults kept. World Wars. Economic crisis. Etc. This is what Lord Nathan de Rothschild Family does best. Chaos. Confusion. Despair.
Throw the people off, and keep the people thrown off.
You say, “What does all this have to do with Tayler Rand Rock?” The murder of Tayler Rock is endemic. A microcosm of a macrocosm.
In the final months of Tayler’s life on this earth these three individuals (along with three more, that you will read about later) had him in a kind of cocked hat state of confusion and disarray. Although Tayler was abundantly self-aware, and attuned to what was going on in the world the mother of at least one of his children, Ana Bedolla, had him thrown for loops he, often, just could not comprehend -more like in a constant state of questioning, but that was due, in large part, to her profound effect on then Deputy Sheriff Deill and his influence peddling of the high Sheriff of Cowley County, KS. Donald Read, and Sheriff Read’s influence peddling of Cowley County District Attorney Christopher Smith. And Christopher Smith’s influence peddling of Kansas Bureau of Investigation Investigator David Falletti.
You ask how could this little lady manage to influence peddle two [three] of the most powerful men in Cowley County, KS. Politics? And that would be a good question. The answer would be because at the time of Tayler’s murder Ana was working for Cowley County, at the Cowley County Jail.
In 2014 Ana was a deputy jailer and intake specialist/inmate processor for the jail. A good job, because heck anytime you can work for government – be it federal, state or local – it’s a good thing. Right?
So for four years, 2011 to 2015, Ana Bedolla was gainfully employed by the Cowley County Jail, ultimately the Sheriff’s Office and Don Read as the High Sheriff for. $25 an hour. 40 hours a week. Benefits as a full-time employee. As with any job you make friends, and she made fast friends with Deputy Sheriff Steve Deill. So much so in fact that Deputy Sheriff Deill would give Ana rides to and from work, every day. Because, and oddly enough, Ana didn’t have a car – because at $25 an hour/40 hours a week it’s tough to afford payments folks!
Out of this fast, friendly relationship developed a far more intimate relationship. It’s been intimated by some in the know sexual.
(<<Could this be the ‘love child’ of Steve Deill and Ana Bedolla?)
Nicknamed, “Officer Down and Dirty” by his colleagues at the Sheriff’s Office. Then Deputy Sheriff Deill got the job done, by any means necessary. He was good for anything that other Sheriff’s Deputies ‘didn’t want to do’.
Word traveled fast. Whatever anyone or everyone needed done across Cowley County Steve Deill did it. For years he did it.
Ana. Knew it. And took advantages with the services rendered. Especially on the night of 31 May 2014.
Deputy Deill LOVED Ana Bedolla, and would do anything for that love. Up to and including murder.
And in so doing manipulate his boss, co-workers and the District Attorney along with anyone else who was willing to be fooled by the ‘thin blue line’.
White people, especially ones in power, LOVE Cops. Especially ones that they know will get the job done, by any means necessary.
And he loved and loves them. Loves the job. The feel of that “suspect’s,” neck under his boot. That favored knee in the low back or on the spinal cord. It was his moment to shine for the thin blue line.
And shine he did. Especially on the night of 31 May 2014 when he put five bullets into the body of Tayler Rand Rock.
On this little known stretch of Kansas road.
Because Mr. Down and Dirty couldn’t very well let his light ‘so shine before all men’. At least not for the ones he didn’t want it to. Ana knew this. But this manipulation took time. Strangely enough. Months in fact. But only came to abundant and absolute fruition on the night of 31 May 2014. Manipulation takes time.
As the Master Manipulator of this deadly trio Ana would work her feminine wilds on Deputy Deill, while cohorceing another Mother of Tayler’s babies Ms. Shea Caseroule of Coffeeville, KS. And the next to last person to see Tayler alive on the evening 31 May 2014.
Ana would work her magic, appealing to Deputy Deill’s love for her ‘out of concern’ for the welfare of one of Tayler’s children, who, prior to his death, he had not been able to see in months, but was played for a ‘neglectful father’ by Ms. Bedolla to Deputy Down and Dirty on Shea Caseroule’s behalf.
And through a series of phone calls, emails, and text messages a plan was hatched by Bedolla in order to insure that the murder of Tayler Rock was ‘justifiable homicide’. It had to be. Otherwise the out-and-out murder of Tayler Rand Rock would have never stood up in any court of law. Especially if evidence was presented to support such a claim. So manipulation takes time. Manipulation. Chaos. Confusion. All take time. Perfect timing. And can only be seen to fruition at the right time and space.
And one can’t help, but admire the Master Manipulator, if for just a bit, because like Tandie Newton’s character ‘Dayvaku’ said in the ‘Chronicles of Riddick’ “..and the timing must be flawless.” She to was a Master Manipulator, up to a point, in that movie. Watch!
And so it goes.. So to will it go for the trio. Because timing and flawless manipulation only last for so long.
What, I wonder, must have Tayler been thinking, in those last few moments of life on this earth? What thoughts? People? Were going, rapidly, through his mind at the time. I’d like to think that he was thinking about his children, his mother, his family, and the father that he was just really getting to know.
But these moments of getting to know would be no more. Especially after that 31 May night.
You may well be asking yourselves, by now, “But why would Ana Bedolla want to kill Tayler Rand Rock? What would be her motivation?” Answer: Hate.
Ana Bedolla hated Tayler Rock. And she hated him because he discovered who she truly was. The Master Manipulator that she could be. And he exposed her as such to family and friends on more than one occasion.
This not only angered Ana it embarrassed her. And Ana doesn’t like to be embarrassed. She loves to maintain appearances. Look like she’s got it going on when all she really is, is a fly in a crap storm.
Shortly before she brought to fruition the murder of Tayler Rand Rock. Ana Bedolla lost her job with the Cowley County Jail System. Oddly enough she lost it over the manipulation of an inmate’s records while at the jail.
She did it, as a favor to, oddly enough, Deputy Deill himself. But instead of taking responsibility for the manipulation he threw Ana under the bus. Ana took the fall. Angry over the loss of her job she approached Deputy Down and Dirty and said, more or less, “you owe me one.” To which he replied, “I know.” “Pay me back then,” she said. “How,” he asked? “By killing my ex-boyfriend Tayler Rock.” “How,” he asked? “Well,” she said “I have a plan.”
And so it went…
More questions than answers remain for this family. A year on. Justice, is yet to be served. The key players, conveniently, (but temporarily) removed from the picture. Neatly separated by space and time. And a certain desire by the powers that be in Cowley County and with the Kansas Bureau of Investigation to just ‘sweep this thing under the rug’. ‘We got rooked – never again – sure, but we can get past this. Make everything neat, tidy and just be done with it.’
But what Cowley County Attorney Chris Smith and Others don’t know is, is that I’m more determined than ever to see that JUSTICE IS SERVED.
And that until Justice is served I will not rest.
The Family and the Blood of Tayler Rand Rock cries out for Justice, and through the Power of Almighty God I have heard their cries.
I will continue to tell the story of the MURDER of Tayler Rand Rock, and those who conspired and were cajoled into covering it up with the body bag of ‘Justifiable Homicide’.
‘The Cowley County Six’ – I’m calling them – MUST pay for the crime of murder in the 1st degree and accessories to murder as well as accomplices after the fact!
(Who are the Cowley County Six? Answer: Steve Deill, Ana Bedoulla, Shae Caseroule, Don Read, Chris Smith and Dave Falletti..)
These Six represent everything that is wrong with the Justice System in this country. Because they represent that thin blue line of hate. That brotherhood that will say and do anything, by any means necessary. Willingly get ‘Down and Dirty’ with the worst of them in order to impress someone.
And in that impress um shed the blood of the innocent, the helpless, the powerless, and those ill-equipped to rightly or properly mount a self-defense as the one guaranteed in our U.S. Constitution that says we have it, and should have it readily accessible by our system of government – free for both the asking and the taking, making use thereof.
Thirty days from now at 07:00 pm MST will mark the final hour of Tayler Rand Rock’s life on this earth. And as the days, hours, minutes, and seconds click down to that day I would so much appreciate you joining with me (and the Family of Tayler Rand Rock) in a Quest for Justice, Justice for Tayler Rand Rock & Others who have been wrongfully removed from us by a Central Organization of Police Specialists (COPS). And unless and until Justice Is Served let us not rest until the blood and tear-stained cheeks of a beleaguered family be absolved.
ARKANSAS CITY, Kansas – A few nights ago I spoke with the Uncle of Tayler Rand Rock, our first conversation with each other for the New Year, and I am happy to report back to you that the Quest for Justice for #TaylerRandRock Continues.
Mr. Patrick Lane shared with me that while the Family has its good days and bad, as with any tragedy of such a magnitude as this, they remain upbeat, vigilant, and decidedly engaged as well as determined to see that Justice is Served to the MURDERS of Tayler Rand Rock; Former Cowley County Sheriff Deputy Sgt. Steve Deill,Ana Bedolla & Shea Caseroule .
As of this writing SSgt. Steve Deill took an early retirement from the Cowley County Sheriff’s Department and promptly sold his home in Winfield, KS., and moved to Daytona Beach, FL. where he bought a beachfront home/condominium and is living the ‘good life’ there.
(Address & Phone Number: Unlisted — ???)
Our old friend Ana Bedolla has moved to Independence, KS. and has plans to enlist in the United States Army this coming Spring.
(I didn’t know that the United States Army took Complisitors to MURDER anymore.)
Shea Caseroule, bless her black heart, has taken up residence in Salina, KS. where she is doing her best to ‘tread lightly’, ‘keep under the radar’ and avoid social media at all costs for fear she might be discovered where she is.
I guess sleepless nights and the fear of the unknown will do that to you, especially when you’re as guilty as sin in complicity to commit murder.
We will not go quietly into that long good night, we will not just simply stop because some report or officialdom in Government and Politics tells us to.
We have every right to petition our government for redress of grievance, and whether government at this or any level is, “satisfied” matters not, because when We The People come calling in such one-accord repose Government at Any Level is Duty Bound by the Laws and Constructs of both the Constitution, the Bill of Rights and the Articles of Confederation to answer us in full and open review. They can complain, delay, defund, and deny all that they wish, publicly or privately, but the Law is Clear.
So we continue, this Quest for Justice for #TaylerRandRock continues. The “Who Am I? (And) Why Me?” questions will be answered, and in the meantime we pray, and hold fast to the day when Justice for Tayler And All Others is Served.

I don’t buy into the official story of his death, a MURDER, being a ‘justifiable homicide’ and anyone with one good eye and half sense shouldn’t either. Bottom line.
Tayler Rand Rock, a 22-year-old young man with more God-given talent and ability than anyone before or since, was murdered, in cold blood, on a dark and near desolate stretch of Kansas and U.S. Highway system on the night of May 31st 2014.
was MURDERED in cold blood on a dark, desolate, near deserted stretch of Tennessee and U.S. Highway system on 21 August 1974. He was just 36 years old. And like Tayler he had more God-given talent and ability than any before or since.
And to this day his death, his murder, remains a mystery. Oh sure the officialdom says that it was an accident. Just like they say that Tayler Rock’s death, murder, was a ‘justifiable homicide’. A killing. A murder that had to be done. No matter what the cost, what the outcome. What the results. It was a crime that had to be committed because it was either gonna be Steve Deill, the man who MURDERED Tayler Rand Rock, or Tayler Rand Rock himself on that Monday night in May of last year cold and dead.
And so officialdom far and wide for the State of Kansas and Cowley County says, “Case Closed”. And nothing to see here when it comes to investigating the matter any further.
I say and so to do the family and friends of Tayler Rock, “No! Case Still Opened and Active…” Further we say, “We will continue to harass, harangue, confuse and confound the enemies of Tayler Rand Rock until they want no more. Until they give up for the murdering cowards that they are. And say, in one resounding voice, “We surrender! Take us to meet Lady Justice!” We will make them say this, make them say, “Uncle!” in just that way…”
These last and final words, a text, to Tayler’s father, Regan Rock, will come to mean something to those who killed him unlawfully and illegally…
Until then, We ,the Undersigned, will not rest until Tayler’s soul has ‘hit’ that ‘County Line’ called Justice.

In fact what I have received or been in receipt of is Silence. And the Silence is deafening! SO, I thought, and I thought, and I thought some more and the best thing that I could come up with. The best way that I could get the proverbial cat off their tongues was to allow, as best as I possibly could, Tayler Rand Rock’s illegally spilled blood speak to for them.
Allow Tayler himself to speak.
To ask his killers, himself, personally, WHY? Why did you kill me? Why did you take me away from my children and my family? What would be the purpose? What would be the reason?
Was it because I smoked a little grass to relieve stress? Was it because I posted, occasionally, police brutality cases on my Facebook Wall? Was it because I sang for the Glory of God and the pleasure of others?
Was it because I wanted the very best for myself, my family and the people I loved and cared about the most?
I mean I could see, I guess, if that was a problem or if you had some sort of problem with me about that, about those expressed desires, those notions. As such does run counterproductive of your police state Gestapo tactics.
But this is, still, the United States of America is it not? Still the land of the free and the home of the brave where a man like Barack Obama could become President of the United States of America.
Heck! Maybe I could become President one day to? Or at least I could have before Steve Deill murdered me in cold blood without a second thought or hesitation.
These are the kinds of questions I think a Tayler Rand Rock would be asking his MURDERS. Would be asking all the people that he loved and who loved him best where he good and well-able to do so.
But and alas we will never ever really know, all we can do is speculate, and in some small way help the precious blood of Tayler Rand Rock speak for itself.
ARKANSAS CITY, Kansas – It’s the last night of the month, the last day in May of 2014. You are driving home with your child on a fairly secluded stretch of road in the south-eastern most portion of Kansas. Suddenly a police car stops you and then, then what was supposedly a, “routine traffic stop” turns into one of the worst days of a family’s life.
One gun shot rings out. Then a second. Then a third. Followed rapidly by two more gunshots. And Mr. Tayler Rand Rock, 22, of Arkansas City, KS. is dead. His one year old child in a car seat, just inches away from him, I fear, saw it all.
A call for help and, “shots fired, shots fired” goes out over the police radio. Within mere minutes a stretch of secluded highway becomes like a long and then a short version of, “Friday Night Lights.”
I have delayed, just a bit, in putting this blog post out because of the sensitive nature of this case. The key players. And frankly the state in which this crime of passion took place. Kansas. Home of the multimillionaire Koch Brothers, Charles and David, Koch Industries in Wichita, KS.
Not to long ago I shared with this audience about two very, very important questions that one needs to ask themselves everyday, and I would to God wished that I could have asked these two questions of Tayler Rand Rock before he died but I have asked these two questions of his family ,of his Uncle Patrick Lane of Wichita, KS. Toward the end of a three-hour telephone interview I had with him on Wednesday night, and that is this,
“Who Am I? (And) Why Me?”
If a person or an entire family will ask themselves these two questions and then answer them by getting into their roots, their background, their case history then crimes of passion like these will not ever happen again. Or and at the very least be used as an excuse to cover things up.
By all accounts from his Uncle, Tayler was the best kid you would ever want to meet. Growing up it was noted early on that Tayler had a love and passion for music, making music, singing, such was second only to his dad, Regan Rock, and his Uncle.
Tayler’s Uncle shared with me that at the early going, almost immediately, he noticed Tayler’s talent when at two years old he took Tayler for a ride one day, and while riding in the car and listening to the radio, Tayler took to singing along. Patrick to. ‘Really singing the song’ he said. All of the sudden, ‘I stopped singing for just a minute and I began to hear one of the best tones to a musical note I had ever heard in my life and it was coming from Tayler, and this kid is like two years old at the time, and it was then that I knew he had the gift for singing. For music.’
But such didn’t stop their. Tayler excelled in everything. Whether it was music, sports, scholastic aptitude. ‘I mean this kid could do it all’, Patrick shared. ‘And he had the look, he was, he knew how to dress, wear nice clothes, was just the nicest kid in school, well liked, popular. Made good grades, excelled in sports.’
And by all accounts elsewhere this is in fact the case. Across Arkansas City or ‘Ark City’, Kansas, where Tayler and his family are from. Tayler was the ‘all around kid’. Fun. Funny. Fun-loving. Helpful. Polite to his core. Down to earth. And always, always, always ‘ready to sing a song’.
It mattered not the day or the hour if you asked Tayler Rock to sing he would! And at the drop of a hat. Watch!
And on this secluded stretch of State and U.S. Highway???
I kept asking myself, delaying this report all the while. Not because I didn’t want to take this story to press. I most assuredly do! Of that there can and should be no mistake.
I haven’t been in the best of health lately, and I was deeply curious about where the police stood. Where the Justice System for Cowley County, KS. stood on this issue.
All were nice enough because they had to be but smart enough to not give me anymore than what I was asking for in the way of answers.
By the way, and in the interests of full disclosure I merely asked for press releases and semi-public to public statements of expression on this case. Because I knew when getting in to Freedom of Information Act Request and Privacy Request I would be even far more delayed in releasing this posting.
Enter Ana Bedolla. By all accounts Ana Bedolla and Tayler Rock had a lengthy and at time tumultuous relationship at best. Having a child but never becoming formally engaged to each other and then getting married to settle down and raise the baby accordingly.
This precious angel. Who was in the car the night her father, pictured with her as well, was killed.
It has been said that Ana Bedolla had it in for Tayler, especially after their relationship officially ended in the early going of 2014.
That she looked for any and every excuse to ‘stick it to Tayler’ in some way. Additionally that she used a connection or connections she had, had with the Cowley County Sheriff’s office to facilitate Tayler Rand Rock’s demise.
It would be one thing to say Tayler Rock had it coming. Was a bad father to his two small children, which he was not by the way in fact.
By all accounts he was an excellent father, caring only and always for the welfare and betterment of his two little girls. Whatever this little angel above and this little angel
here needed heaven and earth were moved until these two babies got whatever it was that they needed. Period. Full stop.
But it has been contended by Tayler’s family and I believe them based on the Who Am I, Why Me axiom, that Ana Bedolla was deeply concerned about the welfare of her child and that Ms. Bedolla herself reached out to authorities with the Cowley County Sheriff’s Department and this man …
A veteran with the Cowley County Sheriff’s department for nearly a decade responded but not for or in the interests of the child but for a ‘routine traffic stop’ on suspicion of Tayler Rock driving on an expired license. Officer Steve Deill befriended Ana Bedolla through her work with the county jail system there in Cowley County, KS.
It has been reported that Officer Deill would pick Ana up from her home daily, during the week, and take her to and from work in his truck. And that they would be seen together in various places throughout Cowley County, KS. Either shopping or eating lunch/dinner together.
Although Ms. Bedolla maintains that the relationship between her and Officer Deill is ‘friendly in nature’. The family of Tayler Rock contends more based on evidence and Bedolla’s very own words to Tayler’s Uncle Patrick and Tayler’s Step Father Darren Parke just days after Tayler’s death on the front porch of the family’s home.
Ana came to Patrick and pulled him aside to say ‘look I want you to know I had nothing to do with this. And even though Tayler and I had our issues he was a good father to our baby and this is not my fault’.
Repeating, ‘I had nothing to do with this and the Deputy is just a friend and he was helping me out with the baby’.
Hold that thought won’t you?
Of course and in the process of initial events unfolding there was zero mention of a child, welfare thereof, etc. In fact what has been mentioned, and what was mentioned in the days that followed by Cowley County Officialdom is that this was ‘a routine traffic stop gone horribly wrong’. Furthermore that the child was discovered in the car by the officer ‘merely by accident’. Hmm. That’s interesting.
Because this ‘accidentally discovered after the fact child, a one year old baby girl, the same baby girl pictured slightly above, was in fact in
the rear seat of this car when her daddy was murdered, outright, by Officer Deill on the night of Saturday, 31 May 2014.
Can you imagine?
Again I ask, and can only ask, will continue to ask, “Who Am I? Why Me?”
Additionally is this Justice Served? Is the putting down a rabid kid, strung out on pot the night he died, really a necessary act?
As if he was some kind of rabid animal. Craven. Crazed. Wild eyed and ready to kill Officer Deill. It’s for crap folks!
Tayler Rand Rock was a good kid. A great young adult. Who was, prior to his death, well on his way to musical stardom.
Yet, still, and all it became somehow abundantly clear to Officer Steve Deill that he had no choice in the matter. Tayler Rand Rock was ‘high’ on pot’ and he had to be put down, he was resisting arrest, resisting repeated commands and more. Advancing toward the Officer in a threatening manner with his upper most torso, hands and arms sticking out the driver’s side window when he was stopped. Such are the makings of a crazed individual are they not?
And so CASE CLOSED. We must, must move on from all this. Get past this. Yeah it’s tough as nails we know but hey THE MAN’S gotta do what the Man wants to do. Consequences. Desires. Wishes of the accused be damned. Especially the cries of a one year old child.
Who Am I? Why Me?
Why would police elect to kill Tayler Rock? What is the reason behind it?
I mean aside from the usual public contentions. He was young. Socially active. Upwardly mobile. Smoked a little grass to relieve stress. And on occasion posted varying concerns about police brutality on his Facebook Page and other social media.
And this was somehow a problem perhaps? I would say or answer, “Not entirely…”
In fact what I would say is that all of these things. The friendly in nature only relationship Officer Deill has with Ana Bedolla, Tayler’s last girlfriend, and Shea Carusoul his first girlfriend and the mother of his first child. To manipulate. To set Tayler Rand Rock up for a fall because of who he is and why he is.
The Rock Family has always had a place at the table. But and of late it would seem or appear, at the very least to this author, that such is in major contention with someone.
Someone, somewhere has it in for the Rock Family. Starting with Tayler. You see killing off the young first is the mark if a good hunter. It keeps them from coming after you especially if, on the rare occasion, you elect to kill off the older ones in the family first.
The younger ones will come after you hunter. Whoever you are. So my hat, personally, is off in a sense to you. But you left out the fact of the wrath of an angry mother. It is ‘Diary of a Mad Black Woman’ come to life. BIG MISTAKE on your parts. #sadbuttrue
Enter Mrs. Jacqueline Parke. Folks! I have had the honor and privilege of knowing many powerful and important people in my life. Many of them women. And let me tell you Jacqueline Parke is as powerful, important and as determined as ever to bring to Justice the MURDERERS of her child. Bottom line.
She has dug in. And is, according to her brother Patrick, ‘getting fire back into her belly’.
Daily she posts to the ‘Murders!’ of her son Tayler. Exposing them publicly for the lies and innuendo that they have spread against the blood stained super highway of the information age where technology and modern man collide.
They say you do not want to be on the wrong side of history well I say you don’t want to be on the wrong side of ‘Ms. Jackie’!
Woe be unto those who would do harm to a living mother’s children.
I do not envy the individuals who will continue to be exposed for the MURDERS that they truly are.
As I draw this posting to a close I have been struck in my spirit by two things. First the encounter I had by phone with Mr. Patrick Lane earlier this week.
He is as posed and determined as ever to bring to Justice himself the killers of his nephew who was more like a son to him since he was instrumental in Tayler’s upbringing.
I was struck by his pose. And his candor. He was honest and direct with me. Answering every one of my questions without fail or exception. Holding nothing back. Telling the truth to its fullest about his son.
And although it was just one of many conversations I hope to have with Patrick I was particularly awestruck with this one because it was as if while we were speaking I could feel a presence. The presence of Tayler. Over the phone. I could hear, faintly, the laughter of innocent youth. The smiles of a proud son toward a dad who was speaking proudly about his child.
I could sense and hear distantly, the words, “At a boy Unc! You tell this man about me. Who I was. I appreciate that. I love you. I love you. I love you…” These words were repeated and repeated almost entirely through our near three-hour telephone conversation.
Second, I was struck by the talent in Tayler. His ability to sing. Write his own music and openly express himself in ways like this. Watch!
Time and again Tayler would do two things throughout his life. Go to great lengths to be the best father he could be to his children. Working tirelessly for them. And he would sing like no other. Determined to do something with his God-given talent to make his children’s lives and that of his own life all the more better.
This kid was no craven pot head who was stopped for some sort of minor infraction that went terribly wrong as the police state for Cowley County, KS. contends!
This was a good kid. A decent young adult. A true human being of the world. A fellow citizen, a fellow traveler on life’s highway.
And because of a crime of passion, “officially”, and a family background that would make anyone envious. The stars aligned and under the darkness of a secluded U.S. Highway system through a stretch of Southeast Kansas it was deemed necessary for Tayler Rock to succumb, to be a pawn in a craven dream of delusions of grandeur and power from Topeka to Denver, CO for someone. (???)
I hearken aback to Who Am I? Why Me? Because a man named Tyrone Rollins taught me how to ask that. Taught me about asking those two all-important yet simple questions of yourself and your roots.
This murder was not a crime of passion or a routine traffic stop gone horribly wrong. It was because of who Tayler Rand Rock was and why he was here. More importantly why the Rock family is here and why it is so important for the officialdom across Kansas to get rid of them. By any means necessary.
A song has been in my head for the last three days since my telephone conversation with Patrick Lane ended and I will close this posting with it. Watch!
And UNTIL Justice is SERVED for Tayler Rand Rock I will not rest. I will be stuck in the middle. With LOVE for his Family and LOVE for A System and Rule of Law not seen or heard since the foundations of the free world were laid.
