Happy belated birthday Matt DeHart!

This posting is long overdue and for that I sincerely apologize. Yesterday, Sunday, 12 June 2016 was a busy day. As the world now knows we awoke to the horrible news out of Orlando, Fl. USA that a lone wolf terrorist targeted and killed nearly 60 people in a gay night club and bar there called The Pulse. Yesterday also marked the 50th anniversary of the assassination of Mr. Medgar Evers, a World War 2 Veteran and premiere Civil Rights icon of Mississippi.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MAN-CHILD:

Mr. Matthew Paul DeHart, POW, since 2010, of the US Government for a crimes that he did not commit…

Yesterday was also the 32nd birthday of my friend and brother from another mother Mr. Matthew Paul DeHart, A Prisoner of War of the United States Government since 2010.

This man-child is just 32-years-old folks! 22. And is languishing in an US Federal Prison System for a series of crimes that he didn’t even commit!

Having written as personally and extensively as I could this young man’s brilliantly obvious story/situation in crisis, I cannot express enough – then as now – Matthew Paul DeHart is innocent of the charges against him, since 2010, and since his close encounters of the first-kind with the US Federal Bureau of Investigation in 2008, when they began a more formal investigation of him.

History is replete and filled to overflowing with the martyrdom of both the innocent and the perfectly innocent. It would be one thing, one thing now, IF the United States Federal Government was right, and Matt DeHart is as guilty as they say that he is, but he is not. And he never has been.

But because of his reported interests in Anonymous, WikiLeaks and 9/11 conspiracy theories such as the Anthrax and Ricin (powder laced letter) poison attacks in the aftermath of September the 11th 2001 attacks, Matt DeHart, a U.S. Air National Guard Intelligence analyst of the War on Terror with an impeccable record of service, was deemed a threat or a “National security risk,”that had to be eliminated by any means necessary.

And so began, Paul and Leann DeHart – Career Civil Servants and Cold War US Military Veterans with impeccable records of service themselves, a kind of “long national as well as international nightmare,” for The DeHart Family.

Thus the martyrdom, minus the bloodshed, started. And from 2013 on Matt DeHart has remained a prisoner of his own government for crimes that he didn’t commit.

Thankfully though there have been human beings, elements and organizations that have come together to assist Matt and us in this quest for justice.

People like WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange infamous Civil, Human and Cyber Crimes Attorney Tor Ekeland and Jesselyn Radack have come together in a symposium of truth and justice on behalf of Matt and his Family to share the story of what has happened to him.

How he was kidnapped and tortured, nearly to death, by members of the US National Security State in 2010 for information that he didn’t even have or know anything about?

Denied due process in an open court of law, multiple times.

Denied access to his family and even his own attorneys. How the US Government’s own attorney, who prosecuted him, wanted to throw Matt in the deepest darkest hole in the earth and leave him there to die.

So I’m thankful and eternal indebted to the skill set of Attorney Ekeland, and Mr. Assange’s Courage Foundation to have ‘stopped the madness’ ,so to speak, in the care, treatment and concern of the human and civil rights of my friend and brother Matthew Paul DeHart.

God brought us all together, here at this time and place, to share in the story, the human experience of Matt and the betrayal of a nation, an entire national security state in fact, against one of its own.

Because Matt DeHart was and is no ordinary American. Trained by his government to be the professional and outstanding career solider that he was. Matt DeHart is an American hero. A voice for the voiceless. A connecting point between fact and fiction. And he has the kind of courage that is sorely lacking in a world that needs truthtellers with the courage to tell the truth!

And so for that and more I am thankful for these people and erstwhile organization such as the Courage Foundation.

Though the story of Matt DeHart is in and of itself unique it isn’t the  only story to tell. There are 100’s if not 1,000’s of extra special extra ordinary people with unique stories to tell.

And my friends at the Courage Foundation and Free Anons (a part of the Anonymous Community) is just the first stop on an incredibly long, long, long journey on the road to telling the truth.

Because the quest for truth cannot be attained in one setting. Truth must be searched out and found over space and time.

The venture won’t be easy, it almost never is, but with anything the venture begins with the first step. And you have to be willing to take that first step down an often times dangerous and scary path.

Government makes it dangerous and scary in order to scare you away from the truth. I know you’re scared, but you needn’t be because you are not alone. No one is. Many have traversed the path alone and made the ultimate sacrifice with their lives so that we won’t be alone because people like you have read and heard the stories over and over again of how their were those that went on the journey alone. Those folks though have banded together and made the journey much more easier.

So. On behalf of Matt DeHart and truth tellers everywhere, we look forward to seeing you out on the trail to truth!

LINO – Libertarian In Name Only

ORLANDO, Florida – Barely twenty-four hours in and already the Libertarian party of two thousand and sixteen is starting to experience dissention in the ranks.

Over Memorial day weekend Libertarians came together from across the country and around the world to nominate their president and vice presidential candidates at their annual national party convention. And for many the top of the ticket for the fall and the general election season is troubling, deeply troubling.

Many Libertarians say that with the assention of former Massachusetts Governor William Weld to the vice presidency that it will just give the North American Union types and Wall Street Big Money Donors a paper tiger in a Gary Johnson administration, should he win the presidency in the fall.

Because from sun-drenched Florida and the grave of the late great Economist Harry Browne, the 1996 and 2000 Libertarian party nominee for President of the United States of America, you can hear the battle cry of LINO – Libertarian In Name Only!

No doubt the Johnson-Weld ticket will tell Libertarians and you fellow voter nothing could be further from the truth. No paper tigers here, no LINO’s allowed! And so it will go, no?

But lets look at it from this perspective for just a minute, shall we? My prediction is that the Johnson-Weld ticket will be Libertarian-lite in that they’ll run under the Libertarian party banner but will, instead, draw from the well of the Never Trump Never Hillary movements in a kind of “A Coalition of the Willing.” Or as Bill Clinton and Dick Morris did so infamously in the 1990’s, “Triangulation.”

Seeking out those disgruntled and disavowed  Democrats and Republicans who just can’t stand the idea, much less stomach it, of another Clinton or that for matter a Donald J. Trump in The White House.

Or, maybe not? Maybe just maybe it’s what they all really want, and it’s just going to be made to look like it’s not? Just so the media, talking-heads, politicos and party bosses can have something to talk about on the nightly news.

In either case I like Bill Weld and have enormous respect for Gary Johnson, ever since 2011 when he first ran for the presidency. Then as now Johnson stands for some of the same things that I do, but with Charles and David Koch, through Bill Weld, pulling on Johnson like he’s a puppet and they’re the masters even I can’t stomach that!

I hate Charles and David Koch with every fiber of my being for what they have done to this great country of ours and this beautiful world in which we all live. They are evil incarnate, in my opinion, and hell itself would be a far worse place with them in it.

I call LINO – Libertarian in Name Only! And for those disgruntled and disaffected Libertarians I offer this as your Battle Cry:

Hold fast, and as Jesse Ventura says, “Stay Vigilant…”

I’d sooner give both my arms than to give Hillary Clinton my vote!

Editorial: 

Last night, politically, was the worst night of my life. The night when I saw Hillary Rodham Clinton run the table, and put, what looks to be this Democratic process away for 2016. Already pollsters, pundits and the like are writing the bards and funeral dirges of Mrs. Clinton’s loyal and worthy opponent Bernie Sanders.

Throwing, existentially, dirt on the grave , politically, of Vermont’s most residential curmudgeon.

 

And so it goes…

BUT I am not deterred and neither should you be Bernie Nation. Watch!

 

 

Because you see folks no matter how hard she tries, she can’t keep the TRUTH from coming out.

Nine times out of ten she tells the truth on herself (SEE some more TRUTH below)…

Here’s some more TRUTH: I would sooner give my right and my left arm than to see Hillary Clinton in occupancy of this place again:

I realize for some who read through this posting that I will be dismissed or regarded as sexist, recalcitrant  or maybe’devoid of feeling. Perhaps a ‘special place in hell’ will be reserved just for me? Remember that one?

Hillary Clinton will not now nor will she ever have my support or vote for anything, not even dog catcher.

To be sure I think a lot of us knew who support Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders that he wouldn’t get even this far in the process. After all those of us who are in the know, know all about something called Media induced voter suppression or Media manipulation or Mass-Media Manipulation USED as a means to control and manipulate the general public or voting sector of a public to effect a particular outcome or initiative. More succinctly:

“…a series of related techniques in which partisans create an image or argument that favors their particular interests.” – taken from Wikipedia section on Media manipulation (Media Induced Voter Suppression)

In the end it’s all by design to distract you and I or the so-called “low information voter” from the truth.

It’s up to us, all of us who know the TRUTH to tell the TRUTH until Mrs. Clinton herself will or does. And trust me when I say she will. She always does. Watch!

Who the hell does Paul Ryan think he is? Dude! It’s Called PUBLIC SERVICE for a Reason.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Did I miss something? Perhaps I am mistaken, BUT isn’t this an elected public servant of the people talking to the people about what he will and won’t do, to become the next Speaker of the United States House of Representatives?

Either Mr. Ryan doesn’t seem to understand what the term “Public Servant,” means? Or he’s so blatantly conceded that he thinks he can name his terms as for him becoming the next Speaker of the House of Representatives after John Boehner leaves at the end of the month? Either way I don’t know how Paul Ryan thinks he can get away with telling the American people and his colleagues in the Congress what he will and won’t do.

In My Opinion: Not only would Paul D. Ryan be excluded from the privilege of seeking the Speakership, he would be excluded from being a public servant. Bottom line.

The nerve of this guy! Dude. When you step up to the plate of public service, public servitude period, you forego everything. And dedicate your entire life to being a servant to We the People en mass. You don’t get to choose your own hours, what you will and won’t do. What positions you are afforded, and what higher offices than the one that you already have that you may or may not take BECAUSE you want to spend more time with the wife and kiddies.

You nut up, suck it up and do the job man! And IF you find that you can’t or you won’t then you exit left. I would dare say Paul Ryan’s political hero, the late great PUBLIC SERVANT Jack Kemp, wouldn’t have had “stipulations,” in exchange for his service. Ayn Rand be damned.

The White House’s “We the People,” Petition Site Responds to the “Pardon Edward Snowden,” Petition

Editorial:

WASHINGTON, D.C. – The other day The White House formally responded to a recent petition that was posted on its “We the People,” petition site encouraging President Obama to pardon Edward J. Snowden, the former NSA Contractor who has been on the run from the federal government for the better part of three years now for, “leaking classified information to the World”.

The response, while genuine, failed to address our request, and when I say our request I’m including myself in that request, because I want President Obama to pardon Edward Snowden – I signed that petition.

I was particularly awestruck by the responder of this petition, BECAUSE it wasn’t our President that did the responding. Instead it was some inter-office person named Lisa Monaco, U.S. Homeland Security Adviser to President Obama, that did the responding.

Normally. I’d be for what the White House has to say. But this is Edward Snowden, and then this is the public, almost a million of us to be exact, that are petitioning our government for redress of grievance, and you willfully elect to not do what we ask you to do. Troubling to say the least. [But let me see if I can clue President Obama in.]

Now. I know what you’re thinking, and you’re probably right. The President is in Africa. So he couldn’t very well have responded personally. Well. How about the Vice President? What is Joe Biden now, chopped liver? I mean the Vice President of the United States can’t formally respond when and if the President is decidedly unavailable for comment? Especially on the Snowden issue. C’mon Joe!

But instead the powers that be tapped Ms. Monaco on the shoulder and said, “respond” and dutifully she did.

After winding through the most immediate why-we-won’t-pardon-Ed Snowden-screed I found this portion, the last, to be the most telling on where the President and the White House fall on this subject.

If he felt his actions were consistent with civil disobedience, then he should do what those who have taken issue with their own government do: Challenge it, speak out, engage in a constructive act of protest, and — importantly — accept the consequences of his actions. He should come home to the United States, and be judged by a jury of his peers — not hide behind the cover of an authoritarian regime. Right now, he’s running away from the consequences of his actions.

Wow! Way to insult Russian President Vladimir Putin and Edward Snowden at the same time Mr. President, I mean Ms. Monaco. Since Edward Snowden is under asylum in the former Union of the Soviet Socialist Republic of Russia or U.S.S.R.R.

Here’s the Thing: President Obama, respectfully, you work for us. We the People. Petition site name not withstanding. And the main law of our land doesn’t start off with, “We the People of the United States of America…” for nothing!

Nearly one million people, yours truly included Mr. President, added their names to the Pardon Edward Snowden petition. And when one million people or one people say do this, that, thus or so you do it. Because it’s per the dictates of the main rule of law of this our sweet land of liberty! You don’t argue. Question. Or Voir dire the witnesses sir. You shut up. You listen up. And you do it. Point blank and the period.

It would be different if the roles were reversed and the President was in charge of us and he petitioned to have Edward Snowden pardoned. He would expect us to do it, now wouldn’t he?

I mean it just stands to reason people! The boss, in this case We the People, comes to you and says employee Barack Obama do X. Do X or exit left! The subject is not up for debate or discussion.

It would be one thing IF what Mr. Snowden did do was to quote, unquote “Compromise National Security” by all means tag, bag, and gag that mother f$&%k#@!

But Edward Snowden is a national hero. A hero for those who otherwise haven’t the courage to come forward and say this, that, thus or so.

Edward Snowden speaks for us! Speaks on behalf of We the People. A true public servant and servant of the public.

And when we say employee Obama give employee Edward Snowden a raise in pay, a parking spot and the keys to the executive washroom that needs to be done without fail or exception.

Mr. President! Pardon Edward J. Snowden Immediately. Thank you…

“CON version therapy ban 1. Will of the American People 0..” By Rhett E. Column; #SayWhatNews, #AXJ, #FreePress

WASHINGTON, D.C. – On Wednesday President Obama’s Senior Adviser and long-time friend Mrs. Valerie Bowman-Jarrett responded to the Leelah Alcorn Conversion Therapy petition.

Alcorn was the 17-year-old transgender high school student who committed suicide after her parents forced her into this barbaric CON version therapy. Bowman-Jarrett said in part:

“The overwhelming scientific evidence demonstrates that conversion therapy, especially when it is practiced on young people, is neither medically nor ethically appropriate and can cause substantial harm .. As part of our dedication to protecting America’s youth, this Administration supports efforts to ban the use of conversion therapy for minors..”

In the interests of full disclosure I not only signed the Leelah Alcorn petition  I shared it on my social media proudly. In my opinion no human being should be subjected to such an arcane and be nine therapy. Ever.

President Obama delivering formal remarks on Leelah’s Law on Wednesday. Nearly 121,000 people added their name to the petition on petitions.whitehouse.gov “We The People,” site…

It should be NOTED that nearly 121,000 men, women, and children of age added their name to the Leelah Alcorn petition. And this is good. Redress of grievance, duly noted.

And any formal response, as directed by an ‘overwhelming majority of the American people’, from this President is good. Especially in the “fourth quarter,” of his presidency. But he has YET to respond to the nearly 321,000 men, women, and children of age who read, signed and then shared the, “File charges against [the] 47 Senators in Violation of the Logan Act attempting to Undermine the Nuclear Agreement [with Iran]..” petition on whitehouse.gov. Why not?

Even with so-called ‘New Math’ Leelah’s petition, respectfully, signature wise, has been outpaced 12 to 1. Rest in Peace Leelah Alcorn.

SO. [W]here is our response Mr. President? Fourth quarters of presidencies only last for so long sir. So to does the patience of the American people. Hash tag just sayin’.

Either you carry out the expressed and more importantly thoroughly redressed grievance of We The People in concern of this particular petition Mr. President OR we will. Respectfully.

“Redress of Grievance? What’s that? #Petitions are a Waste of Time!” By Rhett E. Column; #SayWhatNews, #AXJ, #FreePress

PADUCAH, Kentucky – I wish I had a dime for every time I had someone, somewhere tell me that redressing grievance matters not, that petitioning government for a redress of grievance is, well, a waste of time.

Time and memorial, I have been told that petitioning government is a waste of time. That it won’t matter, “they will always do what they want to do anyways”. “So it don’t matter.”

I wish that I had a dime, a dime for every time someone, somewhere told me that. I would be a rich man.

Next to voting the petitionary process is the single most important thing an American, much less a human being worth their salt, can and should participate in. Bottom line.

Yet, still, and all we hear it told, and have it said, “it don’t matter they gonna do what they wanna do any way, so quit wasting time…” I have to call, respectfully,“Bullshit!” Because nearly 300k people have added their name to the effort to ARREST & PROSECUTE the 47 U.S. Senators who recently wrote that Open Letter to Iranian Dissidents against a, “Nuclear Iran” (whitehouse.gov ‘s “We The People,” #petition site). And by law government – at any level – is duty bound to answer, failure and or delay IS NOT and WILL NEVER EVER BE AN OPTION.

And while the powers that be don’t have to like it, they do have to adhere to it. Period. Full stop.

With that in mind, that being said what will Barack Obama do? Will he adhere to the will of the American people or will he just ‘turn the other cheek’? Ride off into the sunset and just keep on keeping on for the sake of just finishing his last years in office.

I’m inclined to believe the former and not the later. Only time will tell.

“What is Dystonia?” FACT #Meme …

PADUCAH, Kentucky — I had a Great Uncle who had M.S. and it was terrible. No matter how hard he tried he could not control his body. His body controlled him. He was the finest man I ever knew, not because he was my Uncle but because of his insistence and persistence to live a normal, happy, long and full life. “Disease be damned,” he would say. He lived to be 86 before he passed from this life to the next with a smile on his face.

He had worked for the railroad for 32 years as an electrician. Married for fifty years to his high school sweat heart, and they had two beautiful children. And although MS is not Dystonia there are similarities to be had in it and ALS or Lou Gehrig’s Disease.

Despite the setbacks my friends live their lives with a smiles on their faces, like my Great Uncle insistent and persistence. No retreats. No regrets. No surrender. I have found a profound sense of life in the eyes, smiles and faces of these outstanding people as I have gotten to know so many. They keep on keeping on. Always looking for that next big challenge to overcome. And for that they have my profound respect and admiration.

To that end I am going to up the ante, raise the stakes that much more for Dystonia Awareness.

I’m deeply honored to call so many with this disease friend. And will continue to do all I can to raise awareness for the Dystonia Medical Research Foundation.

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Recently I made some new social media friends, The Dystonia Foundation of America. The friendship has been my honor and my privilege to make. They have proved informative, educational and positive as we work toward both a cure and informing the World of this DISEASE.

Simply put and simply stated Dystonia disease is a neurological disease. Much like that of ALS or  Lou Gehrig’s disease. Often times crippling. Often times fatal. It renders our fellow human beings useless in so many ways and it is unfortunate.

My new social media friends reached out to me through twitter, and it has been a budding friendship ever since. But our interests in each other doesn’t end there. Instead I have decided to join arms with my new friends to  petition President Obama to make the Month of September National #DystoniaAwareness Month!

Although cures for this disease are rare and still limited in scope they are becoming more advanced as science and technology catches up with it. It is my sincere hope and fervent prayer that all who read this posting will join with us. Link arms. And work together to both fight this disease and make the World well aware of it.
