Over Memorial day weekend Libertarians came together from across the country and around the world to nominate their president and vice presidential candidates at their annual national party convention. And for many the top of the ticket for the fall and the general election season is troubling, deeply troubling.
But lets look at it from this perspective for just a minute, shall we? My prediction is that the Johnson-Weld ticket will be Libertarian-lite in that they’ll run under the Libertarian party banner but will, instead, draw from the well of the Never Trump Never Hillary movements in a kind of “A Coalition of the Willing.” Or as Bill Clinton and Dick Morris did so infamously in the 1990’s, “Triangulation.”
In either case I like Bill Weld and have enormous respect for Gary Johnson, ever since 2011 when he first ran for the presidency. Then as now Johnson stands for some of the same things that I do, but with Charles and David Koch, through Bill Weld, pulling on Johnson like he’s a puppet and they’re the masters even I can’t stomach that!
I hate Charles and David Koch with every fiber of my being for what they have done to this great country of ours and this beautiful world in which we all live. They are evil incarnate, in my opinion, and hell itself would be a far worse place with them in it.
I call LINO – Libertarian in Name Only! And for those disgruntled and disaffected Libertarians I offer this as your Battle Cry:
Hold fast, and as Jesse Ventura says, “Stay Vigilant…”

SAN FRANCISCO, California — A 3-Judge panel from the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals began hearing arguments today on the ‘Gay Marriage Ban’ Appeals for Idaho, Nevada & Hawaii. I am looking forward to hearing the panels findings or ruling rather although I think its almost a given that they will say the bans are unconstitutional. But in what way will they rule so? This remains to be seen. I think its time for this nation as a whole to evolve and move forward on same-sex marriage. Everyone should have love and be loved by someone. I wish same-sex couples, families and attorneys well and Godspeed.

Dear Pastors Franklin and Dr. Robertson,
It’s been some years since I last wrote to you both directly, thank you for the opportunity to do so. I don’t often complain or have too much to disagree with you both on but I am in disagreement with you both over something, and it’s something very serious. It involves the ministry, in fact the ministry for Christ that two men, that two giants amongst men set you both up in. I am speaking of course of Pastor William Franklin, “Billy” Graham, Jr. and the late Pastor Jerry Falwell.
Gentlemen, as I see it, you are destroying what these men built. Brick by brick, stone by stone, foundation by foundation. It would be one thing if you were building on, adding on rather, what these two men had built for the Kingdom of God. But and alas what you are doing, what you are both up to these days makes the House that Jerry & Billy built look like a shack!

As you read this open letter you may be asking, to yourself, “Why whatever do you mean Rhett, and how can you say these kinds of things?” I’m glad you thought of that. My answer is at least 3 fold, although I could go more, but 3, for now, will do.
1. Africa. Since I was a child I can never ever remember a time when both the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, Samaritan’s Purse, and Operation Blessing has not been ‘proselytizing’ Africa.
But, and respectfully gentlemen, we know that you are both doing anything but changing hearts and minds and winning souls for Christ in Africa. Case in point, “God loves Uganda”.
One has to wonder gentlemen, respectfully, what is your angle? What is your hidden agenda, why do you insist on destroying the good names, reputation and standing of Billy Graham, and Jerry Falwell?
In his book Dr. Horowitz lays bare the insidious plan of the Illuminati, Project 21, the Rothschild family, the Rockefeller family Elite plan to lay waste to better than half the world’s population through virus and germ warfare.
He details, well, how erstwhile organizations such as yours gentlemen are used, misused rather, through the advent of vaccination, sterilization and the like to do the Elite’s bidding.
In many cases unknowingly.
In so far as I know neither the late great Jerry Falwell much less the still alive and well Billy Graham would have allowed or permitted, knowingly or unknowingly, such a thing to have gone on. In fact, and I believe this with all my heart gentlemen, they would have stopped it butt cold in its tracks. Such would have never ever seen the light of day under their watchful eyes. Never.

3. Billy Graham. Billy Graham would have stood in the gap, were he aware of what you are doing Franklin, in his good name, against this! He would have laid bare the sufferings, slings and the arrows of an African people.

Once more the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association would have never ever been used much less mislead to inoculating a society of people, a Continent of People far healthier than you or I could ever hope to IMAGINE.
Because it was not until the white man invaded the Continent of Africa that Africans had health issues.
It was not until the white missionaries brought the Bible and Gun to the African People that the African People had issues, and it was not until Billy Graham himself stood in the gap with Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and Malcolm X and said, “Stay out of Africa!” And, “I’m sorry we ever troubled you dear people. Truly sorry.” That the citizens of this earth began to know the TRUTH.

I am deeply, deeply troubled ,gentlemen, to know, understand, and comprehend that you would and will destroy the Life’s Work of such men. Such great men of God. God’s Servants. Man’s Servants. WHY? HOW?!
I stand against all those who would destroy and devalue as well as debase human kind by any means necessary.
I will not allow or permit you men, especially men who call themselves, “men of God” as you do to destroy the work. Destroy the life’s legacy of TRUE MEN OF GOD as MLK, Malcolm X., Billy Graham, and Jerry Falwell. I will not.
I come against you both now in the name of Jesus Christ and I rebuke you both publicly for your allowance, permission and use of the Men and Women of God to transfer man-made disease, viruses, vaccinations and the like to the Peoples of Africa. Stop it!
Stop this foolishness now! You are killing humanity. Killing God’s seed. Destroying God’s House. Man came from Africa. Africa is the center of this world. From out of Africa sprang the VERY FIRST civilizations of this earth gentlemen, and you are killing her, at her very womb. At her very core and center. WHY?
Such is no accident gentlemen. It is purposeful. Constructed. Manufactured. And intended. Stop raping Mother Africa! Thank you.

CAPE TOWN, South Africa — In an op-ed to The Haaretz ,an Israeli based newspaper, Archbishop Emeritus Desmond Tutu penned, perhaps, one of the best sum ups of the cause of peace and freedom in the Middle East that this blogger has ever read.
Archbishop Tutu interwoven the struggle of the Palestinian People with that of the People of South Africa during apartheid and how that the people of South Africa know what it is like to be regarded as the, “polecat of the world; when it seems that nobody understands or is even willing to listen to our perspective”. “It is where we come from,” he said.
But it was how that he began his piece that attracted me most, the middle has its place in historical perspective for me, but it was also the end that sealed the deal for me.
For such an eloquence, such a way with word, whit, and wisdom is something that can only be achieved by a loving God’s grace and unmerited favor. Eternally supplanted in the Peace and Love of God that comes from knowing Him. For that I am thankful and very well-educated.
I happen to agree with the Archbishop Emeritus, sharing in his sentiments for change and progress and the freeing of a long oppressed people. But such freedom is voluntary, especially by a people who govern. Who are put in charge. Their to lead as it were. Leadership has to be encouraged. Encouraged for change and then hand-held while on the way there. The desire to see a something come true that is greater than one’s own self.
Peace. Freedom. Justice. Equality. All. Coexisting. Side by side. Working together and separately toward a common good. A greater good.
Some would say that such thinking is the stuff of pipe dreams and pipe dreamers. That ambition is made of sterner stuff. Be ambitious. Be industrious. “Israel has a right to defend itself.” Who doesn’t?
But there is a difference in defending one’s self and out-and-out murder. And murder in the first degree is what is going on in Gaza and the West Bank.
Name for me a Palestinian or a Jew that warranted killing? That needed killing because they were a Jew or a Palestinian? I can, personally, think of a few, but the Mossad or Hezbollah would have me killed. Perhaps, both, at the same time.
Instead, I have openly, called for the Palestinians and the Jews to rise up in one accord agreement and remove current leadership from office because they do not, THEY DO NOT NOW, have your best interests at heart. Period. Full stop. They are to busy tinking champagne glasses in Geneva or downing Crème’ Brule in Paris with leaders of the supposed and alleged free world.
Only in such a world could such be done while at the same time killing, stealing and destroying an entire race or races of people just because.
I stated earlier that such a change can only come about voluntarily. And that is so true. True on both sides of the spectrum. Public and private citizen alike. You need a private citizenry and a public citizenry willing to come together, voluntarily, to come together and lead. Govern accordingly. Govern toward a thing greater than one’s self. A common good. A greater good. The good that comes from Peace.
As long as people are willing to let slide the atrocities of leadership, in its current form, in the Middle East. More rockets will glare red from fuel. Bombs will burst in the air. And the proof of the night will yield to all that the flag of status quo still proudly waves.
MARIN COUNTY, Ca. — By late Monday afternoon I found out, along with the rest of the World, that we lost our best friend.
Robin McLaurin Williams left all of us way too soon. And I don’t mind telling you I am extremely sad about it. He was our best friend.
Here we have a man who went out on top of his game. He sang. He danced. And he improved his way into our hearts and minds and when he left we were, all of us, ‘pissed’ about it!
I don’t mind saying that I question the way in which he left. Suicide by Asphyxiation –hanging?
According to REPORTS, ONLY two people resided in the Tiburon Hills, CA. home, Robin Williams and his latest wife Susan Schneider. Yet he was found, reports indicate, by a personal assistant in his bedroom, alone, with a belt wrapped around his neck and a sliced left wrist. Having last been seen by someone, it’s not known whether it was his wife, at 10 p.m. on Sunday night.
NOW, I’m not saying Mrs. Schneider-Williams killed the man but she is most certainly culpable in his death.
And he’s dead because what Susan? Because of severe depression. Robin Williams, who you married and which the ink is barely dry on your marriage certificate Madame, was left alone. Left to his devices. A rope. A pocket knife. And a sturdy closet rack. It is the makings of a means to an end ma’am. Bottom line.
The Coroner’s Division for the Marin County Sheriff’s Office may be quick to wrap this thing up by week’s end but questions abound. Answers need to be rendered folks. Robin Williams was a national treasure. An institution all his own. Some might even argue an eighth wonder of the comedic world.

You just can’t leave a severely depressed person alone. Not ever. Not once. Not for a minute. A nanosecond. You have to be with them through the blackest of storms.
Because it is in the storms that you learn who truly cares for you. Susan did you care for Robin? Love him unconditionally?
Because I know for a fact that the rest of us in the world sure did. He was our best friend. Our dearest and best friend who could make us laugh. Make us cry. Make us forget all about our troubles and cares, our own selves, and say, “Uncle Robin is here, everything is gonna be alright now…” And in the process of it all. His process. Teach us something. Something about ourselves and him. Our frailties. Our vulnerabilities. Our vices. Our little ‘peccadilloes’. Robin Williams was a teacher. An old soul’s soul. The salt of the earth. The ‘good stuff’ as he said in the epic, “Good Will Hunting”.
And even though he left us way to soon he will forever be with us all in spirit, more importantly and whenever we need a really good laugh. A good cry. Or a warm hug. He’s just a mouse click and a password access away. DVD. YouTube. Vimeo. Hulu. TV Land. My God, the memories. The love. The laughter. The tears. All happy, funny, and precious memories. The good stuff! The really, really good stuff.
