It’s been a long year, several ups and downs, BUT all in all my wife and I are glad to be here, glad to be alive and looking forward to 2017.

Did anyone besides me catch what JEB Bush said last week about Donald Trump and his ‘front-runner status’?
In front of some Southern Democrats and disrespected Moral Majority Republicans Jonathan Ellis Bush, Sr.. or JEB as he is known, said this:
“And when people talk about Mr. Trump, and his front-runner status he should expect, as should I, to be held to a higher standard…And when you say things about immigrants or women that are ugly he should be held to a higher standard. And he should be made to own his words, as should anyone who is running to become President of the United States in 2016…”
Mr. Bush should know that he to is being held to a higher standard, and that when you say things like:
Or how about this gem:
He should most definitely expect the same treatment.
Yet and still you wanna have people like me arrested, don’t you Mr. Bush? Hypocrisy much Governor?
So how can Mr. Bush say on the one hand to GOP front-runner Donald Trump ‘he should expect to be held to a higher standard’? And on the other hand say things like they’ll be ‘plenty of time to figure out what went right and what went wrong [in regards to my brother’s presidency]’? And say it, no less, with a straight face.
I would suggest to Mr. Bush, who is an illegal candidate for President anyways, that he stop digging his hole. Because your words, deeds, and actions have already long-buried you. Cue the mourners and political eulogists now please.

WASHINGTON, District of Columbia – For five years now I have been engaged in a fight against the Government of the United States on behalf of my wife, Florha Jones, in concern and in the interests of Justice.
Five years ago my wife found herself in the midst of an F.B.I. Criminal Investigation, Code Named: “Operation Broken Trust”.
Simply put this operation, jointly tasked forced, was a formal investigation into financial fraud and real estate scamming. And while the Investigation only went from August of 2010 to December of 2010 the United States Department of Justice could yield no more arrests and prosecutions. But it is one of the largest coast to coast and border to border investigations in the history of the Bureau. So then there is that. [J. Edgar Hoover would be so proud.]
And $10.4 billion and 120,000 victims later the Federal Bureau of Investigation, and in fact its field office for the City of Sacramento and Sacramento County, CA. STILL has not come clean with all the FACTS surrounding the investigation, who was wrongfully accused, who should have been accused – brought to justice – and what this office did to cover-up their violations of my wife’s civil and human rights in the State of California.
Even now, Government is covering for Government. Leaving America and Americans, like my wife, high and dry, BECAUSE the ‘Thin Blue Line’ MUST BE protected and preserved at all cost.
And as I responded to an Ombudsman’s letter to me today from the Office of Government Information Services or O.G.I.S. located in College Park, MD. in the National Archives and Records Administration over my pursuit of an F.B.I. case file in relation to Operation Broken Trust, especially today, I couldn’t help but think about former U.S. Senator and 2004 candidate for Vice President of the United States John Edwards ‘Two Americas’ stump speech.
Especially when it comes to this issue. Because its become abundantly clear to a lot of people that government, at every level, is closing ranks. Engaging in Special Weapons and Tactics – S.W.A.T. – not seen since the F.B.I.’s War on the Black Panther Party in the 1960’s, 70’s, and into the 1980’s.
At nearly every turn they have thwarted my attempts to get one lone case file from one lone field office, for the F.B.I., in the City of Sacramento. Citing anything and everything from the Freedom of Information Act’s “Section 7 (A)”. Which states, in part, that it,
“could reasonably be expected to interfere with enforcement proceedings.”
And when they’re not citing that, the powers that be are giving me the aged old argument of, “this is a matter of National Security sir, and we cannot divulge that information to you at this time.” – Bullshit!
Or, “we can’t give you that information because if we did it would endanger our agents in the field.” Say what? Operation Broken Trust, investigation and adjudication has been settled (satisfied by the U.S. Department of Justice as ‘good and well adjudicated’) since February of 2011, according to this Huffington Post shared article from The Associated Press.
“.. the criminal cases arising from the probe, civil cases involved estimated losses of more than $2.1 billion.
In all, the schemes harmed more than 120,000 victims. Eighty-seven defendants have been sentenced to prison. There were 231 criminal cases and 60 civil enforcement actions.”
My wife lost everything! Her job, as a Registered Nurse – nearly twenty-five years of dedicated and impeccable service with Kaiser Permanente – South Sacramento Medical Center, her home in Elk Grove, CA. Her car. Checking and Savings Accounts that she had, had from age 16 with Bank of America. Stocks. Bonds. And other odd marketable securities. All. All now. Were in fact seized by the F.B.I. Field Office for the City of Sacramento and its lead federal investigator for this case, Richard M. Snodgrass as,
“repayment for the crimes that we know you have committed against the people of Northern California..” – Special Agent Richard M. Snodgrass, to my wife Florha Jones in September of 2010
What’s worse? Even though my wife never committed a crime, nor has she spent one day in jail for any of the crimes associated with Operation Broken Trust, as I stated earlier my wife has been hung out to dry by Government because Government can. At least the “unelected, unaccountable” kind can anyway. Why?
Well. What we believe is, is that it is because of who my wife is, who her people are, and where she comes from.
In our own independent research and development we have been able to unearth the fact that my wife is the Grand Niece of Legendary Gospel Singer Ms. Mahalia Jackson. Is a cousin to the ‘King of Pop’ Michael Jackson. and is a Great-Grand Niece to Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., M.E. & PhD.
My late mother-in-law, Yvonne Cecilia Lawrence-Jones-Goffner, of Oakland, CA. from 1962 to 1983 worked for, and served the causes of Peace & Freedom in the National Black Panther Party, at the National Headquarters in Oakland, CA.
She along with hundreds and hundreds of men and women worked to provide free meals, groceries and healthcare for every Child of Oakland (of America) in the 1960’s and 70’s before people like J. Edgar Hoover and the sacrosanct of the F.B.I. spoiled it all via their Counter Intelligence Program(s) – COINTELPRO.
Hoover called the Panthers “subversives,” “communists,” and “anti-Americans” for serving hungry children food, and for seeing that the ‘least of these amongst us’ got healthcare? C’mon Hoover! C’mon F.B.I. you guys gotta do way better than that.
Nearly everyday. In amongst the tuna fish and macaroni and cheese servings. COINTELPRO Agents would position themselves in and around the Oakland Panther House to antagonize and demonize those who worked and served, and the children to!, babies, who ate. Why? What would be wrong with serving a hungry kid some food, and some good, nutritious food at that?
Giving a hungry family a bag of groceries?
[How prey tell was the late Dr. Huey P. Newton & Company subverting and clouding the hearts minds of America’s most impressionable youth by just giving them something to eat, and helping them with their school work?]
But J. Edgar Hoover & Company had a problem with that. Had a problem with my wife’s mother spooning out cream of wheat to five-year old’s before school.
And so to do J. Edgar and Company have a problem with my wife’s great Uncle Dr. Clarence B. Jones and her father, my father-in-law, Dr. Martin C. Jones, Sr., giving legal advice and counsel to her Great Grand Uncle Martin King during the Civil Rights Movement of the 1960’s and 70’s.
Lawyers by trade and practice. And the descendants of seven brothers, four white boys and three black boys from Lands Town, Massachusetts, from which an entire nation would be so blessed, came from men who fought in every war except for the War in Vietnam, on behalf of a less than grateful nation called the United States of America, would time and memorial give out advice and counsel and represent people of every race and stripe, often times free of charge, who were associated with the Movement for Civil Rights in modern-day America. [Go figure?]
[F.Y.I. – If your last name is Jones, white or black, you came from one of these seven brothers just as my in-laws did.]
This lineage though has been and continues to be the target of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and in fact the Police State here in America ever since.
And it is particularly accursed because my wife is a child of ‘The Movement’.
Ultimately retired from the State of California’s Correctional System, after 40 years of dedicated and impeccable service, (legally blind since age 43) he will still, to this day, render advice and counsel that is as wise and sound today as it was fifty or even sixty years ago.
Dr. Clarence B. Jones, PhD., Ed. U. & J.D.D. would, for forty years, render advice and counsel to those associated with or directly involved in ‘The Movement’. He was known, simply, as ‘The Counselor’. And he is my wife’s third Great Grand Uncle.
These men would and will give, at risk of life and limb, anyone advise and counsel against an oppressive, depressive, and compressible government. They have given me advise and counsel. Thought and prayer. Supplication. Hours of it. Years of it. And I know to their last days of life on this earth they will continue to do so, no questions asked.
Because they, like me, know from whence Government, as we all know it today, comes. They know it right down to its shoelaces.

These are my family relations. These are the ties that bind. And Government. [World and otherwise.] Doesn’t like it. In fact they hate it. And they hate me and mine even more for keeping the accountable, accountable, for watching the watchers, and checking the checkers.
Try as they may. Try as they might. They will not keep me from getting Justice for my wife! They will not keep me from my Divine Assignment(s).

WASHINGTON, D.C. — By now the free world has heard of U.S.A.F. Maj. Gen. Craig Olson who publicly acknowledge and thanked God at a prayer meeting, while in military uniform, for his mercies and blessings upon him, his family, his country and his military career on the 7th of May.
This sent some on the political left up the nutty buddy tree and thus many, but not all are calling for his ouster, shades of former U.S. Navy Chaplin Lt. Gordon J. Klingenschmitt and his prayer vigil, while in military uniform, while in Lafayette Square Park, right across the street from The White House in 2006.
In fairness to Chaplain Klingenschmitt he was fighting a formal court-martial, on appeal, when he was ‘officially’ drummed out of the United States Navy in the later Summer of 2006.
But he still prayed, and continued to do so in the name of Jesus Christ the Song of the one True and Living God.
Admittedly, I am torn asunder at his story and that of Maj. Gen. Olson’s because and according to and organization called the Presidential Prayer Team Olson was formally invited to speak on his career and the ‘impact’ on his life that religion has. He was not formally asked to come and speak on such while in uniform, and neither was Klingenschmitt.
Air Force General Who Spoke of God Should be Court-martialed, Group Says

An Air Force general who recently spoke about how God has guided his career should be court-martialed, a civil liberties group is saying.
In a speech at a National Day of Prayer event on May 7, Major General Craig Olson credited God for his accomplishments in the military, and referred to himself as a “redeemed believer in Christ.” Now, the Air Force Times has reported that the Military Religious Freedom Foundation has taken issue with Olson’s remarks, calling for the two-star general to be court-martialed and “aggressively and very visibly brought to justice for his unforgivable crimes and transgressions” In a letter to Chief of Staff General Mark Walsh, he group argued that Olson’s speech violates Air Force rules which prohibit airmen from endorsing a particular faith or belief. They condemned his acts as “brazenly illicit and wholly unconstitutional” in witnessing for Jesus Christ.
In an article on the group’s website, they say, “The United States Military has undergone a slow-motion fundamentalist Christian coup d’état.” They quote Sinclair Lewis, who said, “When fascism comes to America, it will be wrapped in the flag and carrying a cross.” The article states, “That time has come, my friends..”! During Olson’s 23-minute talk, he spoke of “flying complex aircraft, doing complex nuclear missions” and that only “God enabled me to do that.” At the end of his speech, Olson asked those in attendance to pray for the Defense Department’s leaders and for troops preparing to be deployed.

As the Lord leads, please pray:
- For General Olson and the strength of his testimony for Jesus Christ to remain unwavering.
- For the Air Force Chief of Staff and others in the Pentagon not to be swayed by the demands of the organization pushing for General Olson’s court martial.
- For a wall of protection around religious freedoms and the freedom of speech in America.
Yet and still both he and Olson showed up in uniform knowing, fully, what the Uniform Code of Military Justice says about such an engagement while wearing the uniform.
So, in a larger sense, I have no sympathy for stupidity. But at the same time I truly appreciate both men, publicly, sharing and expressing their beliefs in God, and the role that He plays in there lives.
And I also wonder at what point do we say, as a Nation, whether it is good or bad to do such a thing(s) while wearing the uniform of our Armed Forces?
Because I happen to think that unless we answer this question, and clearly define, as a Nation, both to ourselves and the World where we stand on God and His Son Jesus Christ then we will, “be a nation gone under” as former President Reagan said. – And I share and agree in the open expression of one’s faith and beliefs in a God.

BOSTON, Massachusetts – As I awoke from my repressive slumber, my wife beside me, I turned on the television to CNN, and the BREAKING NEWS that the Jury in the Boston Marathon Bombings, 2013, had finally come back with a decision in the sentencing phase of the People of the United States v. Dzhokar A. Tsarnaev – DEATH! But only on a hand full of the twenty charges against him. – I guess they figured he could only die once?
And under not so normal circumstances I’d be doubly proud of my fellow citizens for doing their civic duty. A trial by jury, is after all, what ‘Merica,’ the City of Boston, and quite frankly the Western World wanted. To see that Justice was Served. Case Closed.

But it wasn’t until the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the City of Boston spoke before the camera’s and the world that I realized, exactly, what we’re dealing with here. The new normal as it were.
An attorney for the prosecution was addressing a question, and his answer caught me, by surprise, essentially the U.S. Attorney’s Office built their case around Mr. Tsarnaev’s lack of ‘remorse’. As in had he been remorseful we wouldn’t have prosecuted. But because he wrote, in his own blood, on the inside of a boat, on the night he was captured, “death to America!” And had he not flipped police the bird in that jail cell camera we wouldn’t have said a hard word one, but because he did all that and more, and because he didn’t shed any tears or show any sympathy towards the victims and the dead during his trial we PUSHED the jury of his peers and the Judge to hang him.
And so it goes…
Again under not so normal circumstances I would’ve been the first to say “hang the little bastard,” but and alas there is yet and still these little things called Due Process and Equal Protection Under the Law as well as, damn it all to hell, Free Speech in this country – whether you’re a Citizen of it or not.
You don’t have to like it, nobody does, but if a lack of remorse alone can and will get you hung via this or any other U.S. Attorney’s Office across this country of ours, well, then the U.S. Federal Bureau of Prisons may as well start hanging. Because they are going to be hard pressed not to. Bottom line.
As of today a new normal has been created in the judicial process folks. The normal of ‘Remorse-ability’. Lack it? And the U.S. Department of Justice through it’s U.S. Attorney’s division will seek your demise, early and often.
Gone! Are the days of due process, trial by jury, argument and summation. Adios Voir Dire of the Witnesses! Instead and now if you’re not remorseful it’s either the hangman’s noose, the electric chair or the needle for you. Hello Timothy McVeigh and the the Oklahoma City Bombing. You weren’t remorseful.
What an absolute steaming pile of happy horse crap.
To be sure what the Tsarnaev Brothers did was wrong. No one, in there right frame of mind, disputes that. But to say somehow that Dzhokar A. Tsarnaev wasn’t remorseful enough, with a straight face, (minus what we know about this being a false flag operation of course) is ridiculous.
C’mon folks! Lets get serious here for a minute.
This kid. And I say kid because when this whole thing started that’s exactly what he was. A kid. A child. A baby. Scared. Wanna be. Punk kid. Who is wet behind the ears, and has about as much business being in the United States of America as Russell Brand does at a Katy Perry concert.
So to say somehow, “Well. We. We got the bad guy here folks. And so now we are gonna prosecute him to the fullest extent of the law because he wasn’t remorseful…” I have to wonder how, pray tell, can one be remorseful when they look like this?
Oh yeah! This just makes me wanna put my head on a courtroom defense desk and cry. Sheesh!
Let me tell you what I cry for. What I lay awake at nigh about.

I am sick and tired of this crap! Sick and tired of my government, a government that IS supposed to be representative and reflective of We The People, calling me and my fellow Americans, my fellow Citizens of this World most especially, “Outside Agitators”. And unremorseful. And because we aren’t, well, we have to somehow be hunted down, found, and broken into bits.
And we better not question. We better not inquire or else…
And once more we better show remorse. We better be contrite. Or else.

Unbelievable how that these people actually go to bed at night, sleep on it, and wake up everyday, in every way, to let the free world know we will prosecute you and yours on your lack of UN-remorse-ability. This is the new normal.
My God what have we come to as not only a nation, but as a national as well as international justice system? The idea, the notation that you can now be judged on your UN-remorse-ability in the commission of a crime. As if this is the law of the land now. Is frightening to me.
Ladies and gentlemen of the jury of the court of public opinion this is nothing more than a piss poor excuse for the lack of both judicial restraint, law, and government. – In perpetuity.
How Barack H. Obama, II, and the honorable, came up with a Carmen Ortiz & Co. ,to run rancor over the City of Boston, is beyond me? Truly! Beyond me.
To be sure she’s a qualified a U.S. Attorney as anyone. I’m sure? But the idea. The notion that somehow her office would be allowed, much less permitted to build a terror case around remorse-ability and keep their jobs is perplexing to me.
Yet and still we have an entire case built around exactly that. And had Dzhokhar Tsarnaev shed a tear, shifted in his seat at the agonizing stories of the least of these amongst us, well, he just may have been spared, but because he wasn’t, well, hang the sum ma buck!
How about this kid is and was to damn scared to think straight? How about a brother, in Tamerlane Tsarnaev, willing to do the bidding of the COINTELPRO-Military-Industrialist-Complex? I mean I know it will read far-fetched to some, a stretch to others, but its a possibility that must be explored. Seriously considered, at the very least.
To know. Understand. Comprehend. That our government, especially at the federal level is capable of such acts. Such words of wit and wisdom that would do even old John Adams proud as, “America’s first U.S. Attorney”.
As you know Mr. Ibragim Todashev was the twenty something year old man shot and killed on May 22, 2013 ,in the aftermath of the Boston Marathon Bombings, by Orlando, FL. F.B.I. Agent Aaron McFarlane – during questioning of his knowledge of the Tsarnaev Brothers and the Boston Bombings.
What must have been going through their minds?
To know that their sons are martyrs for a sick, evil, and sadistic U.S. Government hell-bent on the destruction of the free world as we know it.
You see the word “freedom,” is alien to them. All that matters is the maintenance of the ‘homeland’. And the peace and prosperity of their little bubbles in the Northeastern suburbs of the United States of America.
Oh! And least we forget …
Masked in a red, white and blue hue of ‘patriotism’ for good measure
Overheated puffery at best, breads and circuses for the uninformed masses at worst.
Those who naively believe that police and government have their best interest at heart. Who believe that government is remorseful and sorry when it does wrong. These are the ones that government, as we now know it, the new UN-remorse-ability government we’ll call it, has, well…
And it’s because they’ll follow them and there’s to the gates of hell ONLY to be pushed in first because you and not government is supposed to be sacrificed. The Republic, I mean the Homeland MUST go on.
On behalf of grateful homeland… Well. You get the picture. Or so I hope.
